The hotel's location is , situated in a bustling area with two shopping centers nearby. the rooms are poorly lit and have no natural light source. the bathrooms are tiny and cramped, making it difficult to move around. the hotel staff lacks adequate English language skills, which is frustrating and unhelpful, especially when requesting assistance. Unfortunately, there are no dining options available at the hotel.
One of the elevators was not working, making it difficult and time-consuming to access rooms.

Spent my New Year at a hotel with a beautiful and elegant design, creating an artistic ambiance. the location was convenient with easy access to local attractions and shopping complexes.
The hotel lacks essential amenities: there was no food service available on the premises, and it was inconvenient with heavy luggage as there was no elevator to the lobby. during my interactions with the staff members, I found out that most of them did not speak English fluently.

This hotel had a stunning design with beautiful artwork that made for a truly unique and elegant experience. The location was also a big plus, making it easy to get around and explore the city during my business trip. Plus, the room had almost no sunlight, which was perfect for getting a great night's sleep.
There were a few downsides to my stay. there was no elevator to the lobby which made it difficult to carry my heavy luggage.
